Westlake Environmental has been awarded a contract to provide a complete wastewater system to a packaging company in Weston, Ontario Canada.
Client Background: Specialty packaging customer including metal closures.
Problem: Elevated levels of oils and solids in the water from their machining operation.
Our Solution: A complete turnkey system will be supplied to remove the oils and solids from their waste stream. The system includes Oil Water Separators to remove oils and Chemical Addition Systems, Inclined Plate Clarifiers, and Neutralization Tanks to remove the solids. Also included are holding tanks, mixers, pumps and level controls to fully automate the system.
