Our Solution: Provide a single skid Inclined Plate Clarifier (IPC) system to remove solids from a waste stream. System is ideal for granite facilities and stone fabrication plants.
System includes:
- Chemical Addition System and Inclined Plate Clarifier in A36 carbon steel material on a common skid for quick and easy installation
- AOD sludge pump as well as an AOD effluent chamber transfer pump
- Air assembly systems for both AOD pumps
- OSHA ladder and platform to witness the internals of both tanks
- Sludge auger to convey sludge to a common discharge point. Very efficient system
- NEMA 4X control panel to control all electrical devices included with the system
- A series of 120V outlets for customer to control additional electrical devices
