PROGRESS PHOTO: Customer has purchased an additional twelve Inclined Plate Clarifiers, five of twelve shown below in the assembly process. Other equipment purchased include four Oil Water Separators, six Chemical Reaction Tanks and a sample tank.
These additional 12 clarifiers make a total of 30 purchased by the same customer. Customer states they are user friendly and easy to maintain.
CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide two additional Emulsion Cracking Systems (ECS). Customer has already purchased several other ECS tanks from Westlake Environmental.
Our Solution: Provide two Emulsion Cracking Systems (ECS) to remove emulsified oils from a waste stream. Operators state that the systems are easy to operate and maintain. Each system includes the following:
- Tank manufactured in 304 stainless-steel with fiberglass walkway grating
- Mixers
- Chemical pumps
- pH probe assemblies to automatically control the chemical pumps
- Integrated walkway
- On site project management and programming
CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide a discharge system for bulk chemical storage. This makes the fifth system purchased by the same customer.
Our Solution: Provide a bulk bag discharge system. System includes the following:
- Heavy duty bulk bag lifting frame
- Bulk bag liner clamp
- Bag tensioning frame
- Bulk bag spout closure bars
- Discharge chute/hopper

- Two dual AOD pump assemblies to feed the filter press

CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide a Chemical Addition System (CAS) with an Inclined Plate Clarifier (IPC) on a common skid.
Our Solution: Provide a CAS and IPC system to remove metals from a waste stream. System includes:
- A-36 carbon steel tanks with coal tar epoxy interior/polyurethane exterior coatings
- Sludge auger in IPC to convey sludge to a sludge outlet port
- Sludge pump to convey sludge from IPC to a sludge holding tank
- Effluent pump to convey IPC processed water to sewer
- Expanded effluent chamber in IPC
- OSHA platform to view inside of both tanks
- NEMA 4X 304 stainless steel control panel

- Several flanges along the side and in the top of tank
- Inspection hatch located in top of tank for quick inspection
