CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide two additional complete water systems to remove oils and solids from a waste stream. These two systems make the fifth system purchased by the same customer. Customer has plants worldwide.

Both systems combined include the following:

  1. 4 Oil Water Separators, 8 reaction Tanks and 12 Inclined Plate Clarifiers
  2. 4 mixed bed DI systems, 4 Activated Carbon systems and 2 water softeners
  3. 32 varying pump skids using centrifugal/air diaphragm/progressive cavity pumps
  4. 70 chemical pumps located in “Safe” cabinet enclosures with disconnects
  5. 36 mixers and 36 pH probe assemblies controlled by local control cabinet
  6. Other items such as pressure transmitters/radar sensors/flow sensors also supplied
  7. On-site project management and programming support

CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide a deionization system

Our Solution:   Provide a Deionization system to remove impurities in the customers rinse water. System consists of the following:

  1. Carbon steel tanks with Sch.80 PVC piping
  2. Chemical pump cabinets with quick disconnects for safety – shipped loose
  3. Pneumatic PVC valves
  4. Control panel
  5. On site project management and programming

CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide a complete wastewater system to the railroad industry to remove oils/grease and suspended solids from a waste stream.

Our Solution:   Provide an Oil Water Separator (OWS) to remove oils and grease, followed by a Chemical Addition System (CAS) and Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) clarifier to remove suspended solids.  System includes:

  1. Oil Water Separator with oil/sludge pump out package.
  2. Chemical Addition System with mixers, chemical pumps and pH probe.
  3. Dissolved Air Flotation clarifier with pH probe, turbidimeter and controller.
  4. Level switches in each tank for full automation.
  5. Fully wired, tested and ready for installation on concrete pad.
