Our Solution:   Provide 8 replacement Netzsch pump skids – 2 of 8 shown

1. 304 stainless steel skids with forklift lifting points
2. Primary and secondary Netzsch pumps plumbed in Sch.80 PVC
3. Each pump has its own disconnect for safety
4. Flow meter and readout to monitor flow rate through either pump
5. Filter housing on suction side of pumps to remove debris in water

Our Solution:   Provide a Deionization system to remove ionic material from prefiltered water.

1. Carbon steel tanks with Sch.80 PVC piping
2. Provide 14 chemical pump cabinets with quick disconnects for safety

Application:  Remove elevated levels of oils and solids from a waste stream

Our Solution:   Supply a complete turnkey system to remove oils and solids from the waste stream.  The system includes Oil Water Separators to remove oils, Chemical Addition Systems, Inclined Plate Clarifiers, and Neutralization Tanks to remove the solids, and a final sample tank to measure pH, turbidity and hardness.

Our Solution:  Provide A complete turnkey system including dual water softener systems, dual activated carbon skids, dual deionization skids and a series of cartridge filters.  System is fully automated.

• Water softening to remove minerals that cause hardness and to prevent lime scale build-up.
• Activated carbon to remove odor and organic contaminants.
• Deionization for removal of unwanted impurities.
• Cartridge filters to capture trace suspended solids and as polishing step.
