Our Solution:   Provide an Oil Water Separator (OWS) to remove oils and grease, followed by a Chemical Addition System (CAS) and Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) clarifier to remove suspended solids.  System includes:

  1. Oil Water Separator with oil/sludge pump out package.
  2. Chemical Addition System with mixers, chemical pumps and pH probe.
  3. Dissolved Air Flotation clarifier with pH probe, turbidimeter and controller.
  4. Level switches in each tank for full automation.
  5. Fully wired, tested and ready for installation on concrete pad.

CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide replacement pump skids

Our Solution:   Provide 8 replacement Netzsch pump skids – 2 of 8 shown

  1. 304 stainless steel skids with forklift lifting points
  2. Primary and secondary Netzsch pumps plumbed in Sch.80 PVC
  3. Each pump has its own disconnect for safety
  4. Flow meter and readout to monitor flow rate through either pump
  5. Filter housing on suction side of pumps to remove debris in water

  1. Carbon steel tanks with Sch.80 PVC piping
