Our Solution:   Provide an Oil Water Separator (OWS) to remove oils and grease, followed by a Chemical Addition System (CAS) and Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) clarifier to remove suspended solids.  System includes:

1. Oil Water Separator with oil/sludge pump out package.
2. Chemical Addition System with mixers, chemical pumps and pH probe.
3. Dissolved Air Flotation clarifier with pH probe, turbidimeter and controller.
4. Level switches in each tank for full automation.
5. Fully wired, tested and ready for installation on concrete pad.

Our Solution:   Provide an Inclined Plate Clarifier to precipitate and remove metals from a waste stream.

1. Rated for 80 GPM flow rate.
2. Carbon steel material with polyurethane exterior coatings.
3. Includes integral polymer addition chamber.
4. Tank includes a mixer and control panel.

Our Solution:   Provide clarifiers to precipitate and remove metals from a waste stream.  Tanks are shipping to several facilities.

1. Durable interior coatings due to high suspended solids levels
2. Robust polypropylene interior plates to settle solids

5. Filter housing on suction side of pumps to remove debris in water
