Our Solution:   Provide two Emulsion Cracking Systems (ECS) to remove emulsified oils from the wastewater.   Each system includes the following:

  1. Manufactured in 304 stainless steel
  2. Mixers
  3. Chemical pumps
  4. pH probe assemblies to automatically control the chemical pumps
  5. Walkway
  6. On site project management and programming
