APPLICATION:  Provide a Chemical Addition System (CAS) for pH adjustment and an Oil Water Separator (OWS) to remove the oils from the waste stream.

Our Solution:   Provide a system to adjust the pH of the water and remove oils from a waste stream.  Truck 1 of 2 shown.  System includes:

  1. CAS in 304 stainless steel material with mixers, chemical pumps and pH probe
  2. OWS in 304 stainless steel material with 304 stainless steel media
  3. 304 stainless steel walkway with stairs
  4. 2,000-gallon effluent tank
  5. 1,000-gallon sludge holding tank
  6. Thirteen various level switches/ level transmitters/turbidity meters shipped loose
  7. Three air operated diaphragm pumps, each skid mounted
  8. On-site support and training

APPLICATION:  Provide a 1,000mm filter press to dewater sludge

Our Solution:   Provide a filter press to dewater sludge.  Sludge is fed to the press via customer’s existing sludge holding tank.  Filter press includes:

  1. Safety pull cord on both sides of press as standard
  2. Control panel – shipped loose with press.  Customer contractor to install locally.
  3. Automatic pump control
  4. Bombay doors
  5. Semi-automatic plate shifter

CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide two additional Emulsion Cracking Systems (ECS). Customer has already purchased several other ECS tanks from Westlake Environmental.

Our Solution:   Provide two Emulsion Cracking Systems (ECS) to remove emulsified oils from a waste stream.   Operators state that the systems are easy to operate and maintain.  Each system includes the following:

  1. Tank manufactured in 304 stainless-steel with fiberglass walkway grating
  2. Mixers
  3. Chemical pumps
  4. pH probe assemblies to automatically control the chemical pumps
  5. Integrated walkway
  6. On site project management and programming

CONTRACT AWARDED: Provide a Chemical Addition System (CAS) with an Inclined Plate Clarifier (IPC) on a common skid.

Our Solution:   Provide a CAS and IPC system to remove metals from a waste stream.  System includes:

  1. A-36 carbon steel tanks with coal tar epoxy interior/polyurethane exterior coatings
  2. Sludge auger in IPC to convey sludge to a sludge outlet port
  3. Sludge pump to convey sludge from IPC to a sludge holding tank
  4. Effluent pump to convey IPC processed water to sewer
  5. Expanded effluent chamber in IPC
  6. OSHA platform to view inside of both tanks
  7. NEMA 4X 304 stainless steel control panel
  8. Entire system mounted to a common skid for quick installation
